Global Radio wanted to sell tickets online. They already had a Tickets section on their websites, but they wanted something better. How about adding a feature to their CMS that would display tickets for the shows by the artists they were publishing features and news about. They wanted the ticket boxes to appear only when the tickets were available for the shows in the areas the listeners were visiting the station's websites from. And while we were at it, why not add a search box that allowed for spelling mistakes?
What we’ve accomplished:
1.
Built a ticket sales box frontend and backend code for the client's CMS.
2.
Added fuzzy search to the tickets. Want to see it in action? Try searching for "Badchester" or "Bondom" on this site.
3.
Heard Mariella Frostrup chatting behind our backs… (It's true what they say about her voice…)
